Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of office administrative duties including greet guests / visitors, receive incoming calls & fax, tidy up the meeting room and open areas, mailings and courier arrangements, office maintenance, document filing, data entry;
• Provide administrative support to colleagues from different teams;
• Handle correspondence with internal & external parties;
• Handle replenishment of Office / Pantry supplies including stationery, cleaning tools, etc.
• Perform outdoor duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Working location: Fo Tan

Do you have the following?

• Diploma holder;
• 2 years of relevant working experience in Administration field;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and willing to learn;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred
