Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all the incoming calls, enquires and greeting guests or visitors and divert the calls to colleagues accordingly
- Handling the printing for name cards, letterheads and envelopes
- Sorting the incoming letter
- Dispatch the document from courier to colleagues and arrange courier arrangement
- Co-ordinate the conference room schedule in daily
- Liaise with Management office to repair the lighting and air-condition.
- Prepare staff cards
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good spoken English and preferably Mandarin
- Good customer service attitude
- Be able to respond to changes and prioritize task
- Immediately available is an advantage
