Operations Officer

Responsibilities 

• Oversee various reconciliation processes on a daily basis
• Resolve breaks in trades, cash balances and positions on a timely manner
• Interact with prime brokers, execution brokers and fund administrator on trade related issues
• Preparation of daily reports to internal and external parties
• Preparation of filings to regulators
• Develop enhancement tools and processes to automate daily tasks

 Requirements 

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, sciences or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, buy-side preferred
• Knowledge of Asian stock markets and derivative products (SWAPs, OTC options, futures)
• Good PC skills, knowledge of PMS systems and programming preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Candidates with more experience or higher qualification may be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
