Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall supervision of building works
• To co-ordinate with client, main contractor and sub-contractor

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Studies or Building/Structure Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years site experience in building construction/Fitting out/ Renovation / A&A./ New Building / Facade
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto-CAD and MS Project
• Immediately available preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
