Responsibilities:

• Design a useful, usable and delightful user experience. Both for web and native apps (iOS and Android)
• Leverage established vision and strategy, to design a user experience that ensures a consistent, compelling and evolving customer experience
• Demonstrate thought leadership by contributing subject matter expertise in the areas of interaction design, information architecture, user research methods, UX design and content strategy
• Be part of the product management team and deliver UX artefacts that span all project phases from concept and design to production (e.g., concept modelling, mockups, low and hi-fidelity wireframes and visual production-ready assets for web and native apps)
• Understand qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals and requirements, and translate them into functional designs
• Product related design collaterals (eg. app graphics for App Store and Play Store

Requirements:

• You have a track record of designing online user experiences and products, both for native and web, both mobile, tablet and desktop
• You have the ability to envision, create and communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
• You have excellent communication skills which mean you are comfortable inspiring others and presenting your ideas
• You are a wire-framing guru, and comfortable producing UX artefacts in all fidelities
• You work collaboratively with developers, understanding the technical domain in order to make your design a reality in code. You love the detail and the visuals - still understanding your role of not being a UI designer
• Experience working within agile processes would be beneficial
• Highly proficient in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / Animate / AfterEffects) and other multimedia software on MAC platform with impeccable design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Be comfortable experimenting, accepting feedback and iterating on ideas
