Responsibilities:

• Follow up assigned projects from sample stage to mass production and expand sales volume.
• Cost analysis and negotiation with Japanese vendors.
• Handle documentation including various agreement and control delivery schedule.
• Cooperate with Sales at Shenzhen office to handle customers' request and build up close relationship with customers.
• Around 1~2 times daily trip per week and occasionally overnight trip to China or other countries.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Over 1 year experience in sales or project control role, preferably in Electronics field.
• Able to work and solve problems independently.
• Strong analytical skills and responsible.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and English.
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel).
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as coordinator.
