Our client an IT Solutions Company is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join their banking client. 

Job Duties:

• The Desktop Engineer uses relevant information gathered via the helpdesk to diagnose and to resolve or enable resolutions in a timely manner via remote desktop management tools.
• Understands the importance of consistency to the successful management of support, and works within process and productivity guidelines as outlined by the client under the direction of the Manager. 
• Works within the agreed Customer SLA.
• Work on Problem investigation / resolution.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
