Role:

• To work with internal/external stakeholder to ensure smooth project process.
• Responsible for project life cycle, including requirement gathering, process project re-engineering, system enhancement, System testing, UAT.
• Ensure project deliverables in high quality, within time and budget
• To handle progress report, administrative stuff and vendor management
• Good Stakeholder Management skills
• Creative, Self-motivated, Work Independently
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Assist in administrative, filing, data processing
• Handle business correspondence, minutes, forms, reports and confidential documents
• Handle general office supplies and office equipment maintenance

Where You'll be working: 

• We currently working in Kwun Tong and always stationed in Hong Kong
• Willing travel to SZ sometimes

Qualifications:

• High diploma / University graduate with 1-2 years working experience preferable
• Willing to learn and follow different kind of projects
• Good communication skills, proactive and team player
• Good computer skills in MS Office
• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage
• Knowledge in adobe AI, photoshop is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Project management tools such as JIRA is an advantage
