Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duties such as filing and clerical responsibilities etc.
• Handle and oversees purchasing orders including follow-through on shipment, order processing, and payment for various suppliers.
• Provide customer service and support to retail staff
• Assist to managers and team on ad hoc projects such as arrangements for events, marketing promotion activities etc.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE level or Diploma
• At least 2 years or above in managing clerical work
• Well-organized , multitasking and attention to details
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Average level of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
