Job Description
Duties:
-
Greet and serve patients and visitors at the Patient Service Centre
-
Guide and escort patients and visitors to destination
-
Arrange transportation to patients and visitors when needed
-
Assist the Patient Service team in handling basic administrative tasks and patient admissions
Requirement:
-
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 2 years experiences in customer service industries
-
Team player, motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
-
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Good PC skills
-
Regular working hours
