General Purpose

As part of our Merchandising team with our Global Buying Service, you will interact with internal customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• deal directly with internal customers either by telephone, electronically.
• manage vendor relationship 
• respond promptly to inquiries related to Electronics (Power bank /USB /Audio /New Technology)
• handle and resolve issues/complaints linked to your Order  • manage full project (from Inquiries to    Shipment ) 
• co-operate with shipping team to follow up shipment status
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments (Quality/Shipping) 
• familiar with USA market is preferable

 Education and Experience

• college / University degree
• perfect in spoken and written English, Chinese
• at least 1-2 years working experience in Electronic products.
• knowledge of Merchandising process/order management 
• knowledge of relevant computer applications (Pack office)
