Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and solicit sales to achieve set sales targets and goals
• Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Focus sales efforts by exploring new contacts and develop new businesses
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendation to management
• Keep management informed about sales status by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Technical/Engineering/Business is preferred
• 5 years or above experience in sales role in relevant sector
• Experience in En-plating, stamping , CNC machining, plastic is preferred
• Sales with proven track record of new customer acquisition and targets fulfillment
• Result-oriented, self-confidence, motivation for sales, excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Open to travel
