Job duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct calls on dating products
• Responsible for telesales activities including retaining existing customers
• Product training will be provided
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs
• Maintain long-term relationship with customers
• Fun and creative culture with good teamwork environment

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Candidates with working experience in sales is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently 
• Mature, cheerful and with positive attitude
• Capable to make calls for appointment
• Good telephone manner
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and in English
• Responsible and willing to take additional tasks
