l   Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.

l   Handle incoming phone calls related to order taking, answering enquires, back orders follow up, giving pricing information, order referrals etc.

l   Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.

l   Coordinate, analyze database of customer sales to improve customer satisfaction.

l   Interface with customers and product representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service      functions.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Customer-oriented, mature and willing to learn
• Competent computer skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
