Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement strategies to build the brand image and to meet sales target.
• Manage the performance of the wholesale accounts.
• Lead the Sales Department to maximize business opportunities through day-to-day sales operations, conduct tradeshows and credit control and collection.
• Build the relationship with wholesales accounts to drive the sales target of the channels and ensure to deliver the channel objective, channel plan and merchandising plan which tie with marketing campaign and accounts nature.
• Drive the brand visibility and availability of the brand in customers’ stores and to ensure a healthy sell-thru that maintains strong growth momentum in the market.
• Develop account for new concepts and business units in relation to brand directions.
• Assist to review and devise distribution and pricing strategies for existing brands in relation to brand status and market opportunities.
• Accountable for retail presence, inventory management, collect market information.
• Looking for new business opportunities and building network of B2B business.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in sport wear industry
• Proven successful record in sales management and strong working relationship with wholesalers
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
