Responsibilities

• Facilitate and optimize the Materials Planning with the objective of fulfilling the market demand within the Company’s standard and policies;
• Facilitate the demand management by co-ordinate/liaise with Sales Team and Suppliers to smoothen the supply;
• Analyze customers' buying patterns against forecasts in order to identify inventory overage or shortfall;
• Provide input, recommends and implement turns model and tools to improve material inventory turn ratio;
• Prepare monthly report on inventory status, stock requisition analysis, forecasting accuracy and stock item listing;
• Responsible to manage inventory transactions and various planning parameters to ensure an accurate inventory records and planning data for Order-to-Cash processing and material planning purpose;
• Place purchase order to source on stock items and follow up the incoming schedule from our inter-plants and external suppliers according to materials planning guideline.

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Planning / Supply Chain Management / Logistics;
• 3 years+ related working experience;
• Solid experience in logistic arrangement between HK & PRC;
• Knowledge in stock control & inventory management system;
• Fluency in both spoken & written Chinese and English; Mandarin is a must;
• Skillful in related PC operations, able to use SAP system is an advantage;
• Mature, excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight project schedule;
• Candidate with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant Planning and Procurement Officer.
