Responsibilities :

Daily works include, but not limited to :

• Data entry /inventory control.
• Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees.
• Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business.
• Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly.
• Prepare Invoices & various reports.
• Arrange Schedules for truck drivers.

Requirements :

• At least 1 years of working experience in related field.
• Should be familiar with logistics operation experience.
• Diploma or above (preferably logistics related).
• Good command of English & Mandarin and with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently, with high efficiency.
• PC skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Diligent and willing to work overtime.

Working Location:  36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub

(10-minute free shuttle bus provided @Tsing Yi MTR)

Working Hours:  5 days (40-hour) per week with OT pay.
