Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day finance and accounting related duties and assist in handling full set of accounts for month-end closing.
• Prepare journal entries, daily sales reports, weekly cashflow statement and balance sheet schedules etc.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and process cheque and other bank payment requests in accordance with proper procedures and authorization.
• Reconcile and follow up outstanding invoices and suppliers’ statement.
• Maintain proper accounting records, filing and distribution of documents, and carry out other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Accounting related background;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented, good team player and able to accomplish the accounting tasks timely as assigned;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
