Responsibilities:

• Candidate will perform Hands-on operations in different restaurants to learn about Saizeriya’ s business and management culture

• For better understanding the business, candidate will perform interpretation duties between the Japanese and local staff

• After accumulating operation and management experience, the candidate will undergo the positions of shop manager and area manager

• The candidate will become Operation Manager in the future

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines

• Self-motivated and growing up with Saizeriya’ s business

• Good Japanese (JLPT level 1)

• Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
