Growing Company Seeking Accountant / Senior Accountant

Growing business is seeking an intelligent, energetic, resourceful employee to oversee the accounting in Hong Kong.  The Company is a distributor of Art supplies to big box retailers in the US. The company has a Hong Kong branch that obtains product from Far East suppliers.

This person’s primary responsibility will be to work with both the Hong Kong and US locations to make sure the accounting is supporting the rest of the business. This position must have working knowledge and proficiency with Excel, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualities:

Essential Position Functions/Duties:

• office functions as it relates to filing, sales order and purchase order tracking along with product cost accounting
• Responsible for customer invoicing, inventory receipts, cash application, purchase order and sales order generation.
• maintain positive relationships with others
• some after work after-hours and weekends as needed                     

 .

Skills and Requirements:

• Must have 3 years relating experience

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Quickbook knowledge will be an advantage.
• Hard worker able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and directed.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Honest and able to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
• Quick learner.
• Assertive and friendly with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
• Must be detail oriented and errors to a minimum.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
• Bi Lingual in both English and Mandarin.

Salary range will be HKD23,000 ~ 28,000.
