As Team Player of the Team and Division to

- Provide support and participate in Team Projects

- Provide secretarial supports for internal and external parties

- Provide administrative supports to the management team

- Perform Chinese-Japanese translation for corporate documents

- Perform interpretation for Japanese – Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua) in meetings, training and conferences

- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Required Profile

- Degree holder, with major in Japanese, Chinese Studies/ Translation or other related disciplines, Degree hold or above graduated in Japan will have an added advantage

- At least 3 years of related working experience, with experience in Japanese company is a plus

- Certification of Level 1 in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent

- Able to translate and interpret during conferences, lectures, seminars (with experience in oral translation is a definite advantage)

- Proven excellent command of verbal and written skills for both Japanese and Chinese

- Enthusiasm for education industry
