Job Description
Let’s work together
- To provide secretarial support to the Management Team
- To manage, arrange and organize daily appointments, meeting schedule and travel arrangements
- To handle all administrative works for the department
- To source and liaise with vendors for office supplies and marketing materials
- To maintain vendor data base and keep good track of purchase record
- To support all overseas offices for centralizing order and logistic arrangement of all marketing materials
We are looking for
- Higher Diploma in related disciplines or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / trading / retail company, preferably with hands-on experience in supply & logistic
- Detailed, well organized with outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Proficient in MS office applications, English and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
