Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Contracts & Agreements, maintain a secure, up-to-date, accurate and centralized record. 
• Handle the negotiations with service providers and provide recommendations including cost comparison to ensure that it is in a cost effective manner.
• Support Administration Manager in implementing/developing general office administration duties.
• Assist Administration Manager in budget preparation
• Handling Office Renovation, Office relocation, Lease Agreement, assist planning in Office Layout, etc.

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 6 years’ relevant solid experience
• Sensitivity to confidential matters, strong analytical mindset, well organised & detail minded,
• Presentable, strong customer service attitude, good team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and good commend in Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
