Building Material / Sport & Recreation Supplier

• Position: Operation Assistant (Sales and HR & Administrative Dept.)
• Responsibilities:

Sales Team:

To support the sales team in preparing quotations, sample boards; Answering customer enquiries; Prepare invoice; Provide other sales administrative support.

HR & Administrative:

• To be responsible for the overall maintenance of the office,
• Establish and ensure compliance to office rules and regulations.
• Liaising with vendors, contractors for office equipment, etc.
• Managing a team of admin assistants.
• Working closely with Senior Management to develop and implement office administrative systems/procedures.
• Organize/coordinate corporate events (team building, office parties, training, etc.).
• Handling renovation and relocation projects in the business
• Undertake additional responsibilities of an equivalent nature as may be required
  
  
  

Requirements

• Tertiary educated, preferably Degree holder
• 1 year experience in Sales / HR & Administrative support experience.
• Pro-active and outgoing, self-initiative
• Good customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Maintain good professional working relationship with internal/external parties
• Must be able to manage time, multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to deal with crisis situations
