Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the head office
- Coordinate with office management or administration related duties
- Coordinate employee relations activities/events
- Assist in implementing ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience in general office administration
- Pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
