Job Description

This role and the team are responsible for recruiting and onboarding high potential graduates for both our Management Trainee and Summer Internship Programmes. Employer branding is also a key focus.

The Job:

  • Support Manager Recruitment to form and execute the recruitment strategy to employ high potential graduates into our Management Trainee and Summer Internship programmes
  • Bring the Employee Value Proposition to life throughout the candidate experience
  • Execute recruitment marketing plans with the aim of promoting our programme to our target audience and getting a strong pool of applicants: career site, social media platforms, job boards, career talks, marketing collateral
  • Co-ordinate the recruitment process and plan for both the Management Trainee and Summer Internship programme
  • Facilitate the first round of Assessment Centres for the Management Trainee Programme and select potentials to be put through to the next stage
  • Facilitate the Summer Intern selection process, and co-ordinate the workshops and related initiatives (buddy programme, final presentation)
  • Deliver a pre and onboarding experience that is on brand and engaging
  • Support Manager Recruitment on projects to enhance the candidate experience e.g. maximizing on the use of a new E-recruit platform, technology to enhance the onboarding experience
  • Support recruitment initiatives for the Finance Leadership Programme

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with a focus on recruitment
  • Experience in graduate recruitment
  • Strong in process management
  • Strong planning, organizing and drive for results
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Occasional business trips will be required
