DCM- VP to Director Level 

Job duties 

·       To grow and drive Greater China DCM activities and support Greater China Origination teams in DCM related opportunities. 

·       In terms of clients coverage, focus would be on offshore financing activities by Greater China issuers covering SOEs, POEs and financial institutions.

·       Provide seamless origination, structuring, execution and distribution support that maximizes DCM mandate and revenue opportunities and completion of mandated transactions for Greater China clients.

·       Identify and tailor solutions for clients through in-depth analysis.

·       Support bank's syndicate and distribution functions, in collaboration with regional syndicate and global sales teams

·       Maintain and enhance working relationship with external and internal customers.

·       Cross sell other debt solutions within bank's DCM franchise like loan syndication, project finance and leverage finance

·       Implement international best market practices and adhere to bank's operational standards.

·       Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits.

Job requirement

·       Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification will be advantage

·       Minimum 5 years solid working experience with major investment bank/commercial bank as DCM role

·       Good knowledge in Bloomberg and PowerPoint

·       Solid understanding on credit and bond market

·       Independent with analytical mind and good communication skill

·       Good written English and Chinese; Fluent Mandarin and English speaking
