Job Description
- Uncovering HCP insight, plan and formulate infant and toddler nutrition marketing strategies for Health Care Professionals.
- Develop and implement medical marketing promotion materials to ensure effective execution in medical channel.
- Develop and implement nutrition events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
- Develop and implement KOL alliance program.
- Analyze market researches with insights and implement appropriate action plan.
- Conduct product trainings to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Health Care Science, or related disciplines. Master in Health Program will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Nutritional / pharmaceutical industry.
- Good market sense of medical marketing practices and consumer behavior.
- Sound knowledge on regulatory development in dairy nutrition / pharmaceutical industry and performs duties with the highest ethical standards.
- Effectively prioritizes competing tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated, results driven with unyielding predisposition to detail, accuracy and clarity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all levels.
- Computer literacy including Chinese Word Processing and MS office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
