Responsibilities:

• Assists the business development team in coordination with Key Customers, quotations preparation as well as after sales services so as to maintain high service standards.
• Assists in developing and proposing integrated design and fitting-out solutions to meet key client’s requirement.
• Assists in collecting, analyzing and evaluating market information.
• Assists in the team to maintain and develop the client base and thus increase the sales turnover.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and filing system.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for project implementation and promotion activities.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing / Design / Quantity Surveying discipline, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in interior fitting-out / design / QS / construction. Candidate with less experience would be considered as Business Development Officer.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings, Metal Works Prefabrication / Interior Fitting-out / Curtain Walls will be an advantage. Experience in handling Macau projects would be a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, positive work attitude and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Willing to travel to PRC & Macau if required.
