Responsibilities 

• Reporting to the VP-Logistics for any new site project issues related to renovations, regulations, transfers and operations
• Reporting to General Manager – Operations for any warehouse related issues
• Ensuring the operation and administration of the warehouse are in good order
• Coordinating with the ordering, marketing and shipping staff in order-processing, storage and delivery of goods
• Recruitment of warehouse staff
• Setting warehouse space planning
• Ensuring the maintenance of the functionality of warehouse equipment are in good order

Requirements 

• Tertiary educated in Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience at managerial level in warehouse operations (preferably in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry)
• Solid experience in managing performance by metrics
• Solid experience in quality management (i.e. ISO, GDP, GSDP, etc.)
• Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and analytical skills with business acumen
• Customer-focus, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin a plus
