Supporting the development and implementation of strategic marketing and category plans that focus on increasing sales, supporting company growth and creating local value

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of relevant programs with tools based on consumer and market insights.
• Build a holistic understanding of category and market landscape across Asia Pacific. Consolidate and analyze local competitive data and market tracking.
• Lead and drive conversations and alignment with responsible markets on market specific activities. Work closely with these markets and related Asia Pacific cross functions to facilitate communication and program integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 5 years brand or retail marketing and management experience in which about 2 years project management in sizable retailer or multinational environment, preferably in F&B industry
• With strong strategic insight and business acumen
• With strong organization, planning and analytical skills
• Ability to lead or assist leadership on cross-functional projects and teams.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
