Job Responsibilities

• Perform reservations and ticketing duties for various products
• Handle enquiries/bookings to travel agents on different products, i.e. air tickets/hotels etc.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 (HKCEE) or HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline 
• 1 year work experience in travel industry is preferable (Fresh Graduates will be considered)
• Basic command of English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of Abacus is preferable
• Basic knowledge of computer skills - Microsoft Office
• Good communication, interpersonal & customer service skill
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Ticketing Operation Assistant
