Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for sourcing & purchasing of food & non-food items.
• Monitor new products and its inventory control of food & non-food items.
• Handle quotation with vendors.
• Follow up purchase orders & delivery arrangement.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance& cost management.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in procurement or related discipline.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Catering/ F&B or related industry.
• Knowledge in shipping & costing.
• Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded & good time management.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Assistant.
