Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing SHI as central point of contact for customer base in the Asia Pacific region
  • Acting as liaison between SHI clients and internal departments
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and helps establish quality levels of customer service
  • Providing customer quotes, pricing and product information, offering software licensing and asset management services
  • Representing SHI as a partner with our vendors and manufacturers
  • Work closely with local channels and international teammate on order processing
  • Researching technology products and services on behalf of our customers
  • Gain industry knowledge through a series of sales and technology trainings

 

 Job requirements:

  • Candidates must have a university degree or its equivalent (all majors considered)
  • Experience in customer service in any industry is highly considered
  • Self-Motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

Skills required:

  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service, team orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English (Knowledge of Japanese / Korean / Asian Language will be an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Internet and use of computer
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Experience in MS Dynamics AX / CRM / SharePoint is a plus)
