Responsibilities:

• Create a voice and a clear story telling for our online presence and translate it into digital and online experience;
• Be more strategic on each communication channel to client (e.g. targeted EDM, different messages on social media, etc.);
• Work with the team on a clear schedule for:
• All social medias;
• EDM;
• Websites update (homepage, blog, etc.);
• Drive digital marketing strategies and implement effective online campaigns and digital marketing strategies (using Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO, SEM, online advertising) that drive traffic, increase conversion, and increase sales;
• Strengthen our ecommerce position as an online player in our core markets and see if assess any other market opportunities;
• Manage the web team so operations are smooth;
• Work with designer and photographer on visuals and campaigns pics.;
• Monitor market best practices and market trends ecommerce and social medias and report to management interesting initiatives;
• Participate to opening of our WeChat and assess the opportunity to open a Tmallglobal platform;
• Work with other team to see how to keep a consistent message and voice on other monobrands;
• Lead the design upgrade for our institutional website;
• Be able to write for blogs and other materials;

• An excellent sense of teamwork;
• Willingness to share ideas and ability to “think outside the box”;
• Must possess a good design “eye” and be broad thinker with the ability to offer a variety of solutions;
• Business-oriented;
• Highly collaborative with excellent strategic problem solving skills;
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
