Job Duties:

• Lead the design and development of Business Software Solutions based on IoT and Mobile App technology;
• Identify business requirements from market research and customers interfacing;
• Validate business requirements and convert into solution features and design;
• Collaborate with the internal teams and external parties for software solution development.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years IT related working experience;
• Knowledge in software development;
• Team leader with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and excellent learning capability;
• Industry knowledge in Facility Management, Property Management and/or Construction is an added advantage.
