Job Description

The role provides the opportunity to support with the process design, evaluation, implementation, maintenance and production support of the HRIS systems used and the systems to be procured by the Leadership Development Section.
 
The Job:

  • Work as an internal consultant to the team, understand the business needs/processes and translate this into effective systems and a positive employee user experience 
  • Support Manager HRIS to enhance and maintain the current SwireConnect system (SAP SuccessFactors) 
  • Support Manager HRIS in project implementation and roll-out of HRIS modules  
  • Accountable for functional support such as managing enquiries from internal customers, managing data integrity, system errors etc.  
  • Accountable for ensuring that all employee data is centralized in SwireConnect and that data integrity is maintained 
  • Proactively recommend innovative IT solutions to address business needs
  • Support Manager HRIS on ad-hoc projects to deliver the IT strategy

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementing/maintaining HRIS technology 
  • Experience with SAP/Success Factors solution preferred 
  • Ability to translate business requirements (HR processes, procedures and policies) into clear workflows enabled by effective systems
  • Experience in project and vendor management a plus 
  • Up to date understanding of HRIS solutions available in the market  
  • Strong in teamwork/interpersonal skills, problem solving, drive for results, analytical skills, planning and organising 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
