Requirements:

• At least 5 years experienced in Marketing and sales in soft goods , preferably in mobile 
• accessories industry
• Good knowledge in plastic products and molding or leather products is highly preferred
• Possess experience in managing team size in 8-10 people
• Good connection with customers
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English or Japanese
• Effective presentation, negotiation, planning and organizing
• Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunity
• Build strong working relationships with our clients
• Be responsible and lead the product development team to follow up costing , product 
• development and bulk production as well as payment in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal team from product development to production ; and production issue resolutions.
• Be the problem solver for the team.
