Job Description
A manufacturer who partners with well known apparel brands in the market.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in setting up the quality management system
• Act as a communication bridge between China factories and Hong Kong headquarters
• Educate and train vendors on Social Compliance program
• Analyze factory audit results and identifies areas of improvement based on SOP
• Communicate audit results and required remediation to vendors
• Understanding of labour and workforce rights
• Basic understanding on the Detox and knowledge of sustainability would be a plus
• Visit to vendors based in offshore and China
Requirements:
• 6 years’ relevant experience with factory registration
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Significant analytic aptitude, ability to analyze data and formulate effective strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives
