• First 12 months - Management/ Marketing Trainee
• 12 – 18 Months - Supervisor   or  Assistant Marketing Manager
• 18 – 24 Months - Assistant Marketing Manager  or Marketing Manager
• 24 – 36 Months - Marketing Manager  or Senior Marketing Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We expect within 24 - 36 months, you will be promoted to a managerial position and lead a team of staff or head a department.

In the first year, your work will be all rounded to enable you acquire a comprehensive knowledge and skills in general management. It will cover the following functions:

•        70%-80%       - Marketing & Sales
•        20% - 10%   - Product & Business Development
•        10%         - Special Project Works

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Business development and analysis
       - launching new products & develop new markets
•        In charge of marketing and sales for a product line
•        Responsible for planning and execution of advertising campaign, focus group, PR event and digital marketing activities etc.
•        Plan and implement company “Customer Driving Force” Program
•        Execution of company “Product Driving Force” Program
•        Work in a team to establish company operation system

REQUIREMENTS:

•  University graduate in Marketing/Communications/ Journalism/ Linguistics/ Bio-chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Chinese Medicine preferred
•  Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking
•  Strong interpersonal skills
• Planning & organisation, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding in Social Media, marketing principles and use of marketing tools & techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadline
• Computer literate in Microsoft word, excel, power point and Chinese processing
