Our client is a renowned global brand with very strong brand recognition in the international beauty market. They are now looking for a committed high caliber candidate to join their dynamic business as Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Brand General Manager, you will be responsible for all brand related marketing activities, planning and implementing the annual marketing plan and initiatives for new product launches with full P&L responsibility
• As a branding specialist, you are expected to drive brand awareness and market penetration
• You will lead and manage the marketing team and monitor closely of the quality of all marketing activities
• You will also communicate with regional and global marketing team on product development and marketing plans. This is an exciting opportunity for a classic driven marketer to bring an already strong brand to a new level.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years marketing experience within FMCG/skincare/cosmetics/ luxury retail industry is ideal
• A university graduate in Marketing or related discipline
• Detail-minded, creative, strong analytical skills with some digital savvy
• A team player with strong problem solving and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
