Reporting to the PR & Marketing Manager, the incumbent will assist in the overall co-ordination and implementation of marketing and communications programmes. These include event co-ordination, website update, database management, arrange delegation visit and market research.

Job Duties:

• To work with different suppliers on promotional material production, and follow up various arrangement for events and activities.
• To assist in the development of corporate communications materials, such as online and audio-visual materials, brochures, product fact sheets and E-newsletters, etc.
• To act as a coordinator for the execution of various communications and industry programmes, such as exhibition and seminar, roadshow, update of website and other online/social media platform, arrangement of delegation visit.
• To support the administrative work within the PR and Marketing Team, including daily news clippings, database update, progress report and resource procurement.
• To carry out other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines is preferred.
• Around 1 year of relevant working experience in marketing and communications function.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills, detail oriented and internet savvy.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Work independently and be a self-motivated team player with good working attitude.
• Experience in event management will be a definite advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Assistant.
