The Round Clinic is looking for a PRACTICE MANAGER

Requirements:

Proficient in English (Speaking/Writing), knowledge of Cantonese (Speaking)
Good organisational skills
Welcoming and positive personality
Excellent telephone manner
Proficiency in computer applications ie Microsoft Office, AI, Photoshop
HKID Holder

Duties include:

• Receptionist work
• Patients communication
• Handling stock purchase orders, as well as invoices and cash flow management
• Email communication
• Schedule arrangement
• Create marketing material
• Update social media
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Offered:

Salary: $12,000-15,000 (depending on experience)
Flexible leave entitlement on top of PH
