To lead a team to develop and deliver new products launches for a global market, on time, and to the right quality, to meet Brand plans. Manage and develop a regional supplier base to support the business growth needs. Drive profitability through ensuring lowest cost of acquisition

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Fully accountable for end to end delivery of NPD and any ongoing replenishment skus, to an agreed cost, quality and on time. Managing key stakeholders throughout the process to deliver the required results.
• Manage a team to achieve ABS KPIs: COGs saving target, on time delivery, first time inspection rates, LEAN savings
• Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and regular reviews to ensure business needs are met.
• Develop the team’s understanding of the regional supplier base and continuously seek new sources & ideas to drive profitability.
• Own supplier relationships and lead development / review programmes, to understand capabilities, capacity and opportunities for mutual growth.
• Lead, scope and deliver projects that drive continuous improvement, efficiency and growth.
• Lead, develop, coach and motivate a team, to enable effective, efficient delivery of projects, through cross functional working

Key Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare sourcing, product development, 3- 4 years managerial experiences.
• Candidates with merchandising FMCG background will also be considered
• Strong connection with healthcare industry in sourcing is an added benefit
• Independent, detail-minded, logical & analytical thinking, able to make good relationships & network across different groups
• Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Good interpersonal, communication skill
• Willing to travel
