• Manage, control and enhance departmental operation process and related system flow
• Ensure operation processes are compliant with statutory regulations and group policies
• Follow up with the review of overdue annual client profile, document outstanding accounts and new account documents
• Perform daily monitoring on all transactions within Private Banking and willing to update and review the existing procedure
• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking segment, preferably with Private Banking operations experience
• Experience in dealing with internal and external auditors, and have good understanding of banking regulations
• Prior experience in middle office, compliance and control is definitely an advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
• Proficiency in MS office with good knowledge in Excel and Chinese typing
