Headquartered in Europe, our client is a renowned consumer brand with business across the globe. Due to their rapid growth in Asia, they are seeking for an analytical talent to join their Supply Chain team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will manage demand forecast and inventory control of food items for Hong Kong and Taiwan market. You will formulate and implement effective demand planning workflow, and drive S&OP process. Working closely with Sales & Marketing and Customer Service teams, you will ensure product availability and inventory turn efficiency. You will identify inventory trend and conduct root cause analysis on deviation. You will also conduct process optimization and be involved in cross-functional project.

Successful candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University degree in Supply Chain, Statistics or any other related disciplines
• At least 8-10 years' demand planning experience within FMCG or F&B sector; exposure to MNC will be preferred
• Hands-on experience in demand forecast, performance metrics development, cost analysis down to SKU level and root cause analysis
• Proficient in SAP system and Excel
• Result-oriented, numeric-sensitive and a team player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential
