Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions including negotiation and drafting of documentations and closing, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities
• Assessing potential deals by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations
• Provide on-going support for maintaining relationship with investors, investees and business partners

Requirements

• Degree holder in Law or related discipline
• With 3 - 5 years of working experience in law firm or relevant to corporate finance, preferably with IPO and M&A execution experience
• Solid exposure and knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements in both PRC and Hong Kong regions
• Good knowledge about securities market and corporate finance activities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill
• Able and willing to travel at short notice
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
