Job Descriptions:

• Improve productivity and service quality of the team through trainings, performance monitoring, reviewing and improving service guidelines.
• Conduct service quality check and prepare statistical reports for service review and quality assurance.
• Cooperate with oversea customer service team
  
  

Requirements:

• Min 2 years in Customer Service experience in E-commerce industry is a MUST, of which at least 1 year at management level
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• Well-organized, customer-oriented, able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk, Social media platforms is advantage
• Experience in North-American and/or European shopping cultures
• Fluent English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
