Job Responsibilities:

• Market search for new clients that create synergy by category, service line channel
• Develop projects with existing clients
• Generate new and existing client leads and develop new business, acquiring new client, developing existing client, and achieving sales revenue targets
• Present business and services overview to new and existing clients
• Develop specific Field Marketing opportunities and plans to enable appropriate approaches & proposals to be made
• Proactively lead the RFP/Bidding project team
• Co-operate and facilitate both internal and external parties to complete the development cycle to complete project in timely manner
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Support and follow up contract renewal process with Client Management team
• Keep up to date with the latest consumer good market developments; and latest technology developments in Retailing and Field Marketing
• Active and recognized in related Associations; attending conferences and being the DSFM Ambassador to the retail sector and industry

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field / MBA is a plus
• Minimum four to six years’ experience in a senior marketing or product management role in FMCG or Retail Business
• Understanding of market and sales channels essential
• Good level of understanding of how sales and marketing operations function in a FMCG environment
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
