Responsibilities:

• Manage key customers on a day to day basis
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and resolve any business-related issues
• Implement regional Key Account practices to dominant our market share at the POS level
• Develop and execute sales plan, pricing and distribution strategy
• Attend and recap all customer meetings and provide feedback with specific action items
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve overall customer service levels and satisfaction
• Conduct market research and prepare for relevant analysis and report

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• 3 years of experience in B2B and retail sales
• Experience related to furniture, lifestyle products or fashion is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sensitive to figures and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
